£15 per hour with paid breaks

We operate a great shift pattern

Work / life balance is so important to Serenity Respite for our wonderful team. We can appreciate amazing work and know that caring for others is tiring, so days off range from 4 – 6 consecutive days, giving enough time to rest, recharge, catch up on your own things at home and still leave plenty of time for having fun.

Shifts are for 12 hours, team members are not expected to work longer than their allocated shift hours.

Full induction training is given and ongoing training supported

Regular supervision provided

Meals are provided whilst at work

All staff must be authorised to work in the UK; please note we do not offer sponsorship or accommodation
