Please note, at the time of booking a first session at Serenity Respite, an online meeting with one of our dedicated team members is needed (the online meeting must have taken place at least 48 hours before the respite session takes place). All team members are well-trained members of staff and we work hard to ensure that you and your loved-ones’ personal preferences and care needs are respected; enabling bespoke, tailored, jointly written care plans to be written; a care plan that with your help we can include likes, dislikes, hobbies, a brief description of family, friends, routines, favourite foods, places, scents, colours, holidays taken. It is such information and the little things that all help with settling a Guest in, ensuring their time with us is enjoyable and meaningful.

When our diary is open, to book a respite place you will need to contact us to pay and secure a session. You can book and pay 6 months in advance and please note, if it is your first time booking with Serenity Respite, you must book a call with us, within 48 hours of booking, to create the Care Plan described previously, failing to do so will mean you have paid without a means to a refund, and your booking will be cancelled.
